As a small business, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preferences. All sales are final.

If something’s wrong with your order:

We’re here for you! If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please:

  1. Take an unboxing video (from opening to showing the issue — no cuts).

  2. Email us at sistara.jewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Once we verify, we’ll ask you to courier the product back to us.

  4. After inspection, we’ll offer a replacement or let you exchange it with any other product of the same value.
